Charities
Payroll for charities can be slightly different. We often produce more forecasts and cost analysis reports as charities are very cashflow conscious and budgets may vary. Also due to ethical considerations, charities often take on staff that would not otherwise be employed in the corporate world. We may have to adjust payroll for universal credit or for an attachment of earnings.
For our charity clients we waiver set up fees for both pensions and payroll and operate at a discount.
Children’s Nurseries
We enjoy working with our nursery clients, some of whom we have had for 15 years. These payrolls tend to be more complicated due to SMP, term-time only payrolls, sickness, minimum wage compliance and apprentices. We offer forecasts for staff costs, useful when setting new parent fees and wages.

For too long we’ve seen business restricted by high fees and inadequate advice. We want you to flourish, because if you do, we do. Therefore we charge low fees, are proactive and give as much advice as you need.

Rates
We charge a monthly, flat rate fee based on the time we think your payroll is going to take. We do not charge for payslips, reports, payroll reruns, admin changes or phone calls. There is no VAT. We do not charge for pension processing, admin or autoenrolment. We don’t pass on our software costs.
